HOURS

Our grooming hours are from 8AM to5PM, Monday through Friday. We do not groom on weekends or holidays.

We ask that you arrive with your pet between 8AM and no later than 9AM, although if you need to drop off earlier, Animal Medical Center opens at 7:30 AM . Please leave a daytime contact phone number with the receptionist when you check in.

All pets are admitted in the morning and discharged in the afternoon depending on our schedule for the day. We will call you when your pet is ready, or simply plan to pick up in the late afternoon, between 4:30PM and5:30PM. We do not stagger appointments. We can sometimes adjust scheduling for special circumstances-please ask in advance of making your appointment.

If you are running late please call and we will try to hold your appointment-otherwise we may have to reschedule.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please give us a 24 HOUR NOTICE. Repeated missed appointments will result in the necessity to guarantee your appointment with a credit card or prepayment.
